SB-170 FlashCoat™
SB-170 FlashCoat™ is a fast-set, 100% solids, aliphatic polyester coating containing no solvents or VOC. SB-170 is a plural component product. Side A is an isocyanate and side B is a polyol mixed at a 1:1 ratio by volume.
SB-170 was developed to provide a UV resistant, color stable top coat over aromatic waterproofing membranes such as SB-690 Araphos™. SB-170 can be applied in extremely low temperatures as a spray-applied flashing color coat.
SB-170 provides an easily cleaned and attractive surface for building edge detailing. It is resistant to peeling, chipping and abrasion. If, through extreme abuse, damage should occur, SB-170 offers seamless and virtually undetectable patching and repair capabilities.
