SB-180 RClad™

SB-180 RClad™ is a fast-set, 100% solids, aliphatic polyester coating containing no solvents or VOC.  SB-180 is a plural component product. Side A is an isocyanate and side B is a polyol mixed at a 1:1 ratio by volume. 

SB-180 was developed to provide a UV resistant, color stable top coat over extruded polystyrene foamboard such as manufactured by Dow®.  SB-180 should be applied indoors at a comfortable room temperature or with the material warmed for best results.

SB-180 provides the attractive appearance of acrylic stucco for exposed building foundations, creating an inverted wall or EIFS system for the building.  The RClad-coated foamboard provides insulation values which vary depending on the thickness of the foam.  SB-180 is resistant to peeling, chipping and abrasion.  If, through extreme abuse, damage should occur, SB-180 offers seamless and virtually undetectable patching and repair capabilities.
