SB-772 PlastiClad™ FR

SB-772 PlastiClad™ FR is a 100% solids, two component, one to one by volume, fast set, fire retardant, polyurethane structural coating.  SB-772 is intended for use as a plural component spray applied coating for a variety of applications (invariably involving stringent fire-safety codes) including but not limited to the following:-

Structural coating with a very high modulus used for the protection of easily deformable substrates such as EPS and insulative rigid foams. 

Plastic coating which may be textured to splash protect drywall, wood or other architectural substrates from many common liquids;

Structural encapsulant for foam sculptures.
