In construction, a building or structure can be waterproofed to protect contents underneath or within as well as to protect structural integrity.  A building or structure needs waterproofing as concrete and other building materials will not be watertight on their own.  A waterproofing system must be unaffected by water and restrict water passage to properly act as a protective barrier.  Waterproofing is used in basements, decks, flat and low-sloped roofs, wet environments or underwater.  Whatever your need, SprayBuilt® has a SprayAppTM for that.

Over the past two decades, the construction industry has seen technological advances in waterproofing materials, including both integral and surficial waterproofing systems.  All seek to overcome shortcomings in older methods like PVC, EPDM, bitumen and urethane-based products.  SprayBuilt® (SB) technology is based on spray-applied, fast-setting polyurea materials that are extremely adhesive and create a seamless waterproof barrier around the outside of a structure.  In an industry inundated with endless products often designed to imitate certain characteristics of successful brands, be warned not all polyureas are the same.  The wrong polyurea formulation will not successfully provide a long term or often a short term solution for your waretproofing needs.  As our brand grows so does the number of inexperienced and uneducated competitors.  SprayBuilt does everything possible to properly educate the public and help avoid disaters which can discredit our industry.
